Real Estate Agency Tele-Canvasser

A well-known Real Estate agency situated in Claremont is seeking a Tele-Canvasser/Lead generator to assist internal Estate Agents.

Requirements

• Must have tele-canvassing experience
• Lead generation, cold calling and maintaining relationships with customer base
• This Candidate will be making appointments for valuations in Constantia Upper
• The Candidate must be able to work independently and efficiently – self disciplined
• Good time management skills
• Good communication skills (English and Afrikaans) and well spoken
• Age 25-55
• The Candidate needs to be efficient with administration duties
• Matric
• MS Office
• Must have a laptop & cell phone

Remuneration

• R10000 CTC
• + Incentive of 25% of agents share of commission to a max value of R5 000.00 per successful valuation to sale. Paid on Registration of Transfer.

• Office is based in Claremont
• Office Hours – Mon – Fri (9am – 4pm)
• Fixed Term Contract – 1 Year
