Junior Sales Branch Manager - Paarl
Sector : Building – Home Finishes
Product : Fireplaces , Braais
Key responsibilities, but not limited to:
· Take charge of the Paarl store budget.
· Close deals.
· Take over and grow the customer base.
· Lead a sales team of 2 staff members
· Run weekly sales meetings.
· Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
· Key Holder : the safe opening and closing of the store on a daily basis.
· be a point of contact in the store to attend to services and administration from 3rd party companies or individuals
· to be the contact person for the landlord and attend to manage maintenance and repairs to the premises
· To ensure the store is kept clean and tidy at all times
· To ensure displays are always current and up to date with trends within the local market
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
· A minimum of 3 years' sales and retail store management experience.
· the sales experience must be in the building industry (product sales ) who is willing to move into the fireplace industry
· Valid driver’s licence.
· Live in the greater Boland area to be close to store
· Be naturally technically minded and sales driven
Package :
Basic R15 000 + commission structure
Plus Provident Fund - 6% company contribution
Plus Medical Aid ( Hospital plan )
Company Car is available to travel to work and back and execute company related work
Availability:
To start mid January with training at Paarden Eiland branch – Paarl store opens 1st March 2021.
