Residential Rental Estate Agent

Properties are a dynamic agency with a growing footprint in Cape Town. They are looking for residential rental agent to join their well-established team. They build and nurture agents by offering professional career coaching, favorable commission splits and career growth within the business.

Remuneration:

· 50 % of the commission on rentals

· Rentals agent to take over a portfolio of 16 apartments with a monthly commission income of R 6000

Requirements:

· Completed your internship and have passed the PDE4 exam

· Car, laptop and phone

· Fidelity Fund Certificate

· Marketing material (flyers, To Let boards, business cards etc.)

· Databases of targeted properties

· Computer systems: CMA, Lightstone

· Advertising portals: Property 24; Hometrader; Private Property etc

· Social media marketing on our W&F Facebook, You-Tube and Instagram - Listing on W&F website

· Direct marketing in the target area to create visibility for the agent

· Real Estate documentation: Lease Agreements; listing sheets, brochures - Administrative assistance: Invoicing, brochures, listing onto portals, office phone

After a 6-month period with minimum target reached:

· You will be provided a support team, including canvassing assistance, administrative assistance, and career advancement coaching

· On-going training to increase lead-generation and market share

· A hospital plan
