National Salaries Manager
Our client is a preeminent manufacturer of a range of high quality packaging products used in the containerising of diverse consumer products such as of personal care items, dairy, food and beverage and commercial lubricant products produced by leading manufacturers at plants located throughout the country.
The group employs around 3000 people including approximately 800 salaried personnel. They have an opening for an experienced and proactive salaries and payroll management specialist to cost efficiently manage employee salaries, bonuses, deductions and net pay for all staff throughout the group’s operations nationally.
The role calls for a highly diligent and energetic payroll management expert with a well trained eye for detail and accuracy coupled with a disciplined approach to the maintenance of accurate and up to date personnel records and related payroll information.
We’re also looking for someone who is highly personable with a level of maturity and motivated towards consistently improving the way things get done using improved processes or incorporating technology improvements. Someone for whom the pursuit of better is unending.
Your current education, experience and skills profile should include:
· 15+ years payroll administration experience and at least 5 years in management
· Sound knowledge of Sage payroll
· Advanced Excel skills
· Exceptional administration accuracy coupled with a high and responsive work rate
· Related formal post school education (e.g. BCom/BTech/National Diploma/CIS)
